How To Join

Referrals, Inquiries, and Availability

Program referrals are made through the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN): Home and Community Care.   You can initiate a referral to our program by calling 310-2222 or 519-748-2222.  Ask for the Intake Department.  If you are already connected you can ask your Care Coordinator to make a referral on your behalf.

Be sure to ask about our transportation services. Transportation to and from the program is available, if needed. The program runs Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:00pm at 247 Franklin Street North, Kitchener.  A minimal and very affordable fee will be applicable.


Career Opportunities:

We are currently looking for a Personal Support Worker to fill our Activity Programmer position for our Expanded Program hours every Wednesday afternoon and Satruday and Sunday during the day.  Qualified applicants will have their Personal Support Worker Certification and will have experience working with older adult population with complex health needs.  If you are creative and engergetic and have a warm and friendly personality, we would love to hear from you!
